Trading Statement

The Board of James Latham is pleased to provide a trading statement ahead of the Company's results for the year to 31 March 2014.

Revenue for the year ending 31 March 2014 is expected to be broadly in line with market expectations and profit before tax is likely to be higher than expected.

The Board anticipates releasing the Company's preliminary results on 26 June 2014.
