James Latham announces that, on 01 September 2025, it purchased 125 James Latham £1 preference shares ("Preference Shares") at a price of £1.2250 per Preference Share. The Preference Shares acquired will be held in Treasury. Excluding the Preference Shares held in Treasury, the Company has 590,478 preference shares in issue.
