Directors' Shareholdings

James Latham announces that on 13 January 2016 the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 2,532 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 197.5p per share to Nick Latham following the exercise of options granted under the scheme in December 2010.

Nick Latham's resultant total shareholding in the Company is 620,418 shares which represents 3.19% of the Company's total voting rights.
