Directors' Shareholdings and Grant of Options

James Latham announces that on 18 December 2015 the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued a total of 2,424 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 165p per share and 5,064 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 197.5p per share to certain directors following the exercise of options granted under the scheme in November 2009 and December 2010.

In addition, under the Deferred Bonus Scheme 2012, a total of 10,752 ordinary 25p shares in the Company were transferred for no consideration to David Dunmow and Chris Sutton.

Mr Sutton has sold 2,424 shares issued to him under the CSOP schemed at a price of 682.5p to settle the tax liabilities arising on the receipt of his Deferred Bonus Scheme shares.

The resultant total shareholdings are as follows:

James Latham also announces that on 18 December 2015 the Company issued 14,349 options under the James Latham plc Approved Company Share Option Scheme.  These options are exercisable between 19 December 2020 and 18 December 2025 at a price of 682.5p per share.  Included in the options granted are those granted to the following directors:
