Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was informed on 9 September 2014 that on 9 September 2014 Meryl Bushell, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 499p per share.  Meryl Bushell is now beneficially interested in 4,400 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was informed on 9 September 2014 that on 26 August 2014 Pippa Latham, a non-executive director of the Company, gifted 4,700 Ordinary Shares to her husband. There is no change in the number of Ordinary Shares in which Pippa Latham is deemed to be interested as a result of this transfer.
