Directors' Shareholdings

James Latham announces that on 16 December 2013 the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 10,346 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 116.0p per share to certain directors following the exercise of options granted under the scheme in December 2008.  In addition, under the Deferred Bonus Scheme 2010, 17,820 ordinary 25p shares in the Company were transferred for no consideration to certain directors.  On the same date, David Dunmow, Finance Director of the Company, transferred 14,563 shares to his wife.  The resultant total shareholdings are as follows:
