Directors' Shareholdings

James Latham plc announces that on 23 January 2013 the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 870 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 275.0p per share to certain directors.  In addition, under the Deferred Bonus Scheme 2009, 13,276 ordinary 25p shares in the Company were transferred for no consideration to certain directors.  The resultant total shareholdings are as follows:
