This announcement amends and replaces the "Peter Latham and Directors' Shareholdings" announcement made by the Company at 2.08 p.m. today, issued under RNS number 0495P. The revised announcement, which has Chris Sutton's correct resultant shareholding is set out below.

Peter Latham and Directors' Shareholdings

Further to the announcement on 7 May 2014 the Company is pleased to announce that Peter Latham has made an excellent recovery and has returned to work, initially in a part time capacity.  He will resume the role of Chairman of James Latham on 20 August 2014 at the Company's August Board meeting and the 2014 Annual General Meeting.

James Latham also announces that, on 13 August 2014, the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 2,250 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 480p per share to certain directors of the Company as detailed in the table below.
