This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution approved on November 28, 2025, has allotted in aggregate 3,23,860 (Three Lakh Twenty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty only) equity shares with face value of INR. 1/- each, to eligible optionees pursuant to exercise of options under Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 of the Company.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased as under:
