This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation on March 16, 2023, has issued and allotted in aggregate 17,67,489 equity shares of face value of INR. 1/- each, to eligible optionees pursuant to exercise of options under Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 of the Company.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased as under:
