Sub: Intimation for Allotment of 26,07,650 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 of the Company (“ESOP 2016”)

Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation on March 1, 2022, has issued and allotted in aggregate 26,07,650 equity shares of face value of INR. 1/- each to eligible optionees pursuant to exercise of options under Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 of the Company.

Consequent to aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stand increased from Rs. 19,78,14,348 (consisting of 19,78,14,348 equity shares with face value of INR. 1/- each) to Rs. 20,04,21,998 (consisting of 20,04,21,998 equity shares with face value of INR. l/- each).
