This is with reference to your letter dated June 17, 2025, seeking response in respect to the significant increase in trade volume of the Company's shares across Exchanges, in the recent past.

In this regard we wish to inform you that, the Company is compliant with submissions to the Stock exchanges in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and no information/announcement (including impending announcement) pending with the Company which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior of the shares of the Company. All the information intimated to the Stock Exchanges is also hosted on the website of the Company.

We believe that the increase in price/volume of the shares of the Company was due to market conditions and absolutely market driven.
