Ref: Announcement relating to resignation of Mr. Rajan Bala Venkatesan, Chief Financial Officer of the Company submitted on November 05, 2025.

With reference to the announcement made on November 05, 2025, regarding the resignation of Mr. Rajan Bala Venkatesan, Chief Financial Officer, we wish to inform you that, following discussions with the Board members and the Management team, Mr. Rajan Bala Venkatesan has withdrawn his resignation without a break in service via an email dated January 14, 2026.

The Company has accepted the withdrawal of his resignation, and he will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel). The Board and leadership team believe his continued service is in the best interests of the Company, given his extensive experience and significant contributions to the Company. Accordingly, there is no change in the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

A copy of the email withdrawing the resignation and acceptance email from the CEO is enclosed herewith.
