Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read along with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (including any modification(s) / amendment(s) / reenactment(s) thereto) ("Listing Regulations"), this is to inform that Mr. Krishnan Venkata, Chief Client Officer, (Senior Management Personnel) vide letter dated July 07, 2025 has tendered his resigned from the Company for personal reasons. Mr. Krishnan Venkata will be relieved of the services of the Company effective from the close of business hours of September 08, 2025. A copy of the resignation letter is enclosed herewith as Annexure - I.

The detailed disclosure as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith as Annexure - II.
