Explanatory note:

This Amendment to the Form 6-K of the registrant originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 9, 2022, (the “Form 6-K”) is being filed to correct the “Consolidated Financial Results for the nine-month period ended September” figures, specifically Passenger Revenues and its impact throughout the table; and the “Reconciliation of Reported Amounts to Non-GAAP Items” figures, specifically the Adjusted EBITDAR lines. In the previous version of this release, the nine-month period ended September Passenger Revenues figure was actually the six-month period ended June figure. This Amendment to the Form 6-K is the corrected version of LATAM’s 3Q 2022 Earnings Release.
