Transfer of the Company’s own shares 21 March 2018

Based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Lassila & Tikanoja plc on 15 March 2018, Lassila & Tikanoja plc has transferred 5,326 shares to the members of the Board of Directors as part of remuneration of the Board.

The price per share of the transferred shares is EUR 16,51 which is the volume weighted average quotation of the share on 20 March 2018.

After the transfer on 21 March 2018, the company holds a total of 392,952 shares.
