Helsinki, Finland, 2014-10-23 07:05 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lassila & Tikanoja plc Stock exchange release 23 October 2014 8.05 am Lassila & Tikanoja's financial information and AGM in 2015 In the year 2015 Lassila & Tikanoja plc will disclose financial information as follows: Financial statements release 2014 4 February 2015 at 8.00 am Interim Report January - March 29 April 2015 at 8.00 am Interim Report January - June 5 August 2015 at 8.00 am Interim Report January - September 28 October 2015 at 8.00 am The Annual Report that includes the report by the Board of Directors and the financial statements for the year 2014 will be published in February in week 9. The printed Annual Report will be mailed on request. The Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 18 March 2015. The Board of Directors will decide on the summoning of the meeting at a later date.
