Helsinki, Finland, 2012-10-23 07:05 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In the year 2013 Lassila & Tikanoja plc will disclose financial information as follows: Financial statements release 2012 1 February 2013 at 8.00 am Interim Report January - March 24 April 2013 at 8.00 am Interim Report January - June 6 August 2013 at 8.00 am Interim Report January - September 23 October 2013 at 8.00 am The Annual Report that includes the report by the Board of Directors and the financial statements for the year 2012 will be published in February in week 8. The printed Annual Report will be mailed on request. The Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday 12 March 2013. The Board of Directors will decide on the summoning of the meeting at a later date.
