LASSILA & TIKANOJA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 1 June 2010 12.00 TRADING AND SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD FOR LASSILA & TIKANOJA 2005B OPTIONS END The trading and the subscription period for Lassila & Tikanoja 2005B option rights ended on 31 May 2010. A total of 200,000 2005B option rights were issued. The outstanding option rights entitled to the subscription of 176,000 shares. No shares were subscribed for pursuant to the option rights and all option rights expired.
