Lassila & Tikanoja plc Stock exchange release 16 March 2017 6.55 pm Lassila & Tikanoja plc Board of Directors constitutive meeting In its constitutive meeting on 16 March 2017, the Board of Directors of Lassila & Tikanoja plc elected Heikki Bergholm as Chairman of the Board and Sakari Lassila as Vice Chairman. From among its members, the Board elected Sakari Lassila as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Teemu Kangas-Kärki and Laura Tarkka as members of the committee. From among its members, the Board elected Heikki Bergholm as Chairman of the Personnel Committee and Laura Lares and Miikka Maijala as members of the committee.
