Lassila & Tikanoja plc Stock exchange release 17 March 2016 6.15 pm Lassila & Tikanoja plc Board of Directors constitutive meeting In its constitutive meeting on 17 March 2016, the Board of Directors of Lassila & Tikanoja plc elected Heikki Bergholm as Chairman of the Board and Eero Hautaniemi as Vice Chairman. From among its members, the Board elected Eero Hautaniemi as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Sakari Lassila and Teemu Kangas-Kärki as members of the committee. From among its members, the Board elected Heikki Bergholm as Chairman of the Personnel Committee and Miikka Maijala and Laura Lares as members of the committee.
