Helsinki, Finland, 2012-10-24 07:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lassila & Tikanoja plc Stock exchange release 24 October 2012 8.00 am Timo Leinonen (M.Sc. Admin.) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive of Lassila & Tikanoja plc as of 23 January 2013. Leinonen (born in 1970) has previously worked as Chief Financial Officer in Ixonos plc, since 2008. Before that Leinonen has worked as Chief Financial Officer in Suomen Terveystalo Oy, during 2006-2008 and as Chief Financial Officer in Tieto-X plc, during 2002-2006. Leinonen reports to the President and CEO Pekka Ojanpää. In accordance with the previously announced, current CFO Ville Rantala has been appointed Vice President, Industrial Services. Rantala will continue as CFO until 23 January 2013.
