Jorma Mikkonen, Vice President, Environmental Services, leaves the Group
Executive Board of Lassila & Tikanoja plc. His new position in the company will
be Director, Corporate Relations and Responsibility.

President and CEO, Pekka Ojanpää will take responsibility of Environmental
Services division until further notice.
