Juha Simola, Vice President, Property Maintenance and Group Executive will
leave his position at Lassila & Tikanoja plc on 9 November 2012.

In accordance with the previously announced, Petri Myllyniemi has been
appointed Vice President, Facility Services and Group Executive of Lassila &
Tikanoja plc as of 7 January 2013.
