L&T'S PROPERTY AND OFFICE SUPPORT SERVICES TO BE REORGANISED ON 1 JULY 2010

LASSILA & TIKANOJA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 1 April 2010 9.00 am L&T'S PROPERTY AND OFFICE SUPPORT SERVICES TO BE REORGANISED ON 1 JULY 2010 As of 1 July 2010, Property and Office Support Services of Lassila & Tikanoja are to be divided into two divisions: Property Maintenance, and Cleaning and Office Support Services. The growth opportunities for both divisions look promising, and the purpose of the organisational change is to spur profitable growth. The company's financial reporting segments will be changed to reflect the new divisions as of 1 July 2010. Anna-Maija Apajalahti, the current Vice President of Property and Office Support Services is retiring on 31 July 2010. Juha Simola has been appointed as Vice President, Property Maintenance and L&T's Group Executive. Simola (born in 1962) holds an Officer's Degree. He has worked for the company since 1991 in supervisory and managerial duties in the property maintenance business area, and his latest position was that of Product Line Director. Henri Turunen has been appointed as Vice President, Cleaning and Office Support Services and L&T's Group Executive. Turunen (born in 1969) holds a degree in Economic Sciences (M.Sc. Econ.) and in Engineering (M.Sc. Eng.). He has worked for the company since 2005, holding development positions in international operations. His latest position was that of Business Controller for the Property and Office Support Services division. Juha Simola and Henri Turunen report to Jari Sarjo, President and CEO.
