Lassila & Tikanoja's Group Executives to make way for Group Executive Board

Helsinki, Finland, 2010-12-29 08:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LASSILA & TIKANOJA PLC Stock exchange release 29 December 2010 9.00 am As of 1 January 2011, within the management of Lassila & Tikanoja the team of Group Executives will be renamed the Group Executive Board. The members of the new Group Executive Board are: - Jari Sarjo, President and CEO - Jorma Mikkonen, Vice President, Environmental Services - Inkeri Puputti, HR Director - Ville Rantala, CFO - Tomi Salo, Managing Director of L&T Biowatti Oy - Juha Simola, Vice President, Property Maintenance - Henri Turunen, Vice President, Cleaning and Office Support Services At the same time, some functions organised at company level will be transferred to the divisions. The Group Executive Board's membership will be slightly smaller than that of the Group Executives: the Group Executive Board will include all former Group Executive members with the exception of Director Kimmo Huhtimo, who will be responsible for customer-related strategic programmes and projects.
