Laserbond Limited (ASX: LBL) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Laserbond Limited (‘LBL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of LBL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 17 December 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

We request the ASX place our securities (ASX code LBL) in Trading Halt with immediate effect, subject to an announcement being made.

The trading halt is pending an announcement regarding a capital raising and an acquisition. This announcement, and the subsequent removal of the trading halt, is expected to occur before opening of trading Friday 17th December 2021.

LaserBond are not aware of any reason for the ASX to not grant this request.
