Request for Voluntary Suspension

We request the ASX place our securities (ASX code LBL) in Suspension with immediate effect, subject to an announcement being made.

The suspension is pending an announcement regarding a capital raising. The Company confirms that details of the capital raising are currently being finalised by Investorfirst Securities who have been mandated as the Lead Manager of this placement.

This announcement, and the subsequent removal of the suspension, is expected to occur before opening of trading Wednesday 16[th] May 2012.

LaserBond are not aware of any reason for the ASX to not grant this request.
