Tim McCauley to assume role of Non-Executive Chairman

The directors of LaserBond Limited today announce that the company’s Executive Chairman Mr. Tim McCauley has relinquished his executive duties to assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman.

Mr. McCauley has acquired a majority interest in another company in a completely unrelated industry, and will be joining it as CEO. Under the terms of his contract with LaserBond, he will continue to work through his notification period.

Executive Director Mr. Wayne Hooper said, “We are grateful for Tim’s assistance in the growth of LaserBond’s operations since listing on the ASX and in the setting of strategic direction over the last three years. We look forward to continuing to work with Tim in his role as Non-Executive Chairman.”
