Appointment of Director and Change of Company Secretary

The directors of Laserbond Limited (ASX: LBL) advise that Mr Philip Suriano has been appointed a director of the Company, effective immediately.

The directors also advise that Ms Donna Woodley has resigned as Company Secretary of LBL effective immediately. Mr Ian Maltman has been appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
