Sub : Notice of Record Date, Cut-off Date, Payment of Dividend and

Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year ended 31st March 2023.

                                                                                                                                               

We wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Wednesday,2nd August 2023 as the Record Date to determine the Members entitled to receive the proposed Final Dividend of Rs. 24.00 per share of the face value Rs. 2/- each for the year ended 31st March 2023.

The Company has also fixed Wednesday, August 2, 2023, as the Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible for e-voting on the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.

The AGM of the Company for FY 2022-23 is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 9th August 2023, physically, at Birla Matushri Sabhagar, 19, Marine Lines, Mumbai -  400 020, at 3.00 p.m.

Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before Monday, 14th August 2023.

In compliance with the MCA and SEBI Circulars, the Annual Report for FY 2022-23,comprising of the Notice of the AGM and the standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2022-23, along with Directors' Report, Auditors' Report and other documents required to be attached thereto, will be sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ it's Registrar & Transfer Agent - KFin Technologies Ltd. / Depository Participant(s), in due course.
