CORRECTED PLACEMENT CAPACITY FIGURE IN APPENDIX 3B

On 12 November 2018, Australian Whisky Holdings Limited (“ Company ”) released to ASX an Appendix 3B in relation to new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (“ New Shares ”). It has come to the Company’s attention that the Appendix 3B contained in incorrect figure for the total number of shares on issue 12 months prior to the issue of the New Shares, being 382 shares too few, and that therefore the Company’s remaining share placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 was incorrectly stated. The Company’s remaining share placement capacity should be 79,919,706 and not 79,919,650 as was contained in the Appendix 3B submitted on 12 November 2018. Notwithstanding this, the Appendix 3B stated the correct total number of shares on issue following the issue of the New Shares. A new Appendix 3B issued today in respect of a new issue of shares contains the correct figure in Annexure 1.
