Completion of Consolidation of Shares

Australian Whisky Holdings Limited ( AWY ) advises that the 30 to 1 share consolidation approved by AWY shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 November 2016 is complete.

Following the completion of consolidation, AWY has 336,957,390 shares on issue.

AWY’s Share Registry, Boardroom Pty Limited have dispatched notices to shareholders confirming details of their shareholdings on a pre and post consolidation basis.

Normal trading will commence under the Company’s ASX code of AWY of tomorrow 13 December 2016.
