Ceasing to be a substantial holder notice
Lark Distilling Co. Ltd (ASX; LRK) ( Lark or Company ) advises that following the issuance of share in the Company under its recent Placement, Mr Geoff Bainbridge’s holding in the Company has been diluted to 4.80% and as such attached is a Form 605 – Ceasing to be a substantial holder as required by the ASX.
It is noted that Mr Bainbridge has subscribed for 572,000 shares under the Company’s Conditional Placement which is subject to Shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, 29 November 2021. Following this issue, the completion of the Share Purchase Plan and issue of Consideration shares under the recently announced Acquisition, Mr Bainbridge’s shareholding will be approximately 5.4%. At this time a further substantial shareholder notice will be lodged by Mr Bainbridge.
