With the objective of keeping the market fully informed, Directors' advise that since Mr Malcolm Campbell's employment as Managing Director ceased on 28 July 2006 Mr Campbell appears to have sold 1,804,366 shares in the Company (representing 2.74% of the Company's issued share capital) on market.
