TRADING HALT

The securities of Australian Whisky Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 8 March 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Australian Whisky Holdings Ltd (ASX:AWY) requests the granting of an immediate trading halt in its securities pending an announcement relating to a Capital Raising.

The Company anticipates making the above noted announcement prior to the commencement of trading on the 8[th] March, 2018. The trading halt should remain in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on the 8[th] March, 2018 or when the announcement referenced above is made.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
