Close of the Offer to purchase shares in Lark Distillery Pty Ltd

Australian Whisky Holdings Limited ( AWY ) refers to its previous announcements with respect to its offer to purchase shares ( the Offer ) in Lark Distillery Pty Ltd ( Lark ).

AWY advises that the Offer was closed at 5pm today and that it has received acceptances from shareholders of Lark which results in AWY’s shareholding in Lark increased to 48.09%.

AWY will shortly issue shares to these shareholders of Lark in accordance with the terms of the Offer.
