ACTIVITIES UPDATE

Montec International Limited (ASX: MTI) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a minority interest in Lark Distillery Pty Ltd. Montec views the interest in Lark as a strategic investment to support its distribution with Lark for whisky and other spirits in China.

Lark Distillery Pty Ltd, based in Tasmania, is recognised as the oldest whisky brand in Australia, established in 1993 by Bill Lark. Since inception, Lark has won numerous international awards for the whisky, which is a key attraction to the market in China.

The investment in Lark will be used to fund the expansion of the business.

Terry Cuthbertson has joined the board of Lark with the aim of working with the Board and management of Lark to grow the business. Montec intends to work with Lark management with its distribution of whisky and spirits in China.
