Renounceable Rights Issue – Dispatch of Offer Document
Montec International Limited (MTI) refers to its announcement on 1 May 2014 of a partially underwritten 3 for 1 renounceable rights issue at $0.001 per new share.
Montec confirms that the following documents have today been posted to eligible shareholders:

Rights Issue Offer Document; and
-
Personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms.
A copy of the Offer Document was released to ASX on 1 May 2014.
Eligible shareholders are those shareholders who were recorded on the Company’s share register at 7:00pm (AEST) on 7 May 2014 and who have a registered address in Australia or New Zealand.
