Renounceable Rights Issue – Dispatch of Offer Document
Montec International Limited (MTI) refers to its announcement on 10 October 2012 of a partially underwritten 2 for 1 renounceable rights issue at $0.001 per share subscribed for (Rights Issue). The offer is partially underwritten by Patersons Securities Limited (Underwriter).
Montec confirms that the following documents have today been posted to eligible shareholders:

Rights Issue Offer Document; and
-
Personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms.
A copy of the Offer Document was released to ASX on 10 October 2012.
Eligible shareholders are those shareholders who were recorded on the Company’s share register at 7:00pm (AEDT) on 18 October 2012 and who have a registered address in Australia or New Zealand.
