ASX ANNOUNCEMENT NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT (ASX CODE: MTI)

This notice is given under paragraph (5)(e) of Section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act).

The following securities of the Company were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act :-

The shares issued comprise the underwritten shortfall shares that were issued in accordance with the underwriting agreement entered into with Patersons Securities Limited.

The Company has applied to the ASX Ltd for quotation of the above shares on 6 December 2012.

As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with :-

• (a) the provisions in Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act.

At the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed which is “excluded information” (as defined in Paragraphs 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act) which would be reasonable for investors and their professional advisers to expect to find in a disclosure document.
