SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS

This document is a Supplementary Prospectus which supplements the prospectus lodged by Montec International Limited (Company) with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 20 March 2007 (Prospectus). This Supplementary Prospectus must be read together with the Prospectus. Words and expressions defined in the Prospectus have the same meaning in this Supplementary Prospectus. This Supplementary Prospectus is dated 23 March 2007 and was lodged with ASIC on that date.

The Supplementary Prospectus amends the Prospectus by inserting:

$1₁$ The following paragraph after the second last paragraph under the heading "Details of the Offer" in Section 1.2 of the Prospectus:

"Members of the public in Australia who are not Shareholders may also apply for the New Securities. New Securities will only be available under the Public Offer to the extent that they are not applied for by Shareholders under the Offer. Applications made under the Public Offer will be considered entirely at the Company's discretion. and only if Shareholders do not take up their Entitlement under the Offer in full."

$2.$ The following Section 1.8A after Section 1.8 of the Prospectus:

"1.8A Shortfall Application Form

Members of the public in Australia who wish to apply for New Securities (in the event of a Shortfall) may do so by completing the Shortfall Application Form which accompanies this Prospectus by inserting the number of New Shares they wish to apply for and forwarding the completed Shortfall Application Form together with their cheque or bank draft, for the total amount payable to reach Montec's share registry at:

In the event that your application to participate in the Shortfall is not accepted in part or in full, the relevant application monies will be refunded by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Corporations Act (without interest).

1. The following definitions in alphabetical order in the Glossary of the Prospectus:

"Public Offer "	the offer of New Securities comprising the Shortfall to members of the general public who are in Australia and who are not Shareholders.
Shortfall Application Form	the form accompanying the Prospectus headed Shortfall Application Form"

In accordance with section 720 of the Corporations Act, each director of the Company has given, and not withdrawn, their consent to the lodgement of this Supplementary Prospectus with ASIC.
