APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Lark Distilling Co. Ltd (ASX; LRK) ( Lark or Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Domenic Panaccio as a Non-Executive Director to the Board effective 1st March 2022.

Domenic has had a long and distinguished career in senior management of large public companies including 20 years at Fosters Group and 10 years at Westfield. From 2010 to 2014, Domenic was Chief Executive Officer of Westfield Retail Trust, one of the largest ASX listed property trusts in Australian at that time. Domenic previously held a number of senior positions including Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Westfield Group, Chief Financial Officer of Westfield America and Chief Financial Officer for the Foster's Group Wine Division, Beringer Blass Wine Estates.

Domenic is a Certified Public Accountant, a Graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a director of a number of private companies. Domenic previously served as a director of Westfield Retail Trust, RE (NZ) Finance Ltd, Re1 Limited and Re2 Limited, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association.
