INTERIM MANAGING DIRECTOR CONTRACT

Lark Distilling Co. Ltd (ASX; LRK) ( Lark or Company ) refers to its announcement to the ASX on 16 February 2022 in relation to the appointment of Ms Laura McBain to the role of interim Managing Director.

Ms McBain’s contract agreement has now been entered into with the Company. The material terms of the agreement are as follows:

Remuneration	$500,000per annum(excludingGST)
Term	12 months,until 15 February2023
Termination	The notice period for termination by both parties is 30 days.Employment may be ended immediately by either party if at any timethe other party is, or becomes, in breach of any terms of theagreement and that breach is incapable of remedy or, if capable ofremedy, continue for a period of 14 days after the party not in breachgives the other party a notice in writing requiring the breach to beremedied.
