Change of Chief Executive Officer

Australian Whisky Holdings Limited (ASX:AWY) ( the Company ) advises that the Company’s contract with Whisky Negociants Australia Pty Ltd pursuant to which Mr Chris Malcolm is engaged as Chief Executive Officer of the Company has ceased effective immediately.

The Board has commenced a search for a new Chief Executive Officer to take over from Mr Malcolm on a full-time basis. In the interim, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer Brendan Waights will take over as the Acting Chief Operations Officer responsible for the dayto-day management of the Company. Mr Demetrius Giouzelis the Company’s Head of Brands and Commercial Markets shall also assist in the day to day management of the Company.

Both Mr Waights and Mr Giouzelis shall report directly to the Board.
