Australian Whisky Holdings Holdings Ltd appointment of New Director and Resignation of Three Directors and General Meeting Update

Australian Whisky Holdings Limited (ASX: AWY) (“ AWY ”) announces that, the Board yesterday appointed David Dearie to the Board of Australian Whisky Holdings.

Mr Cuthbertson, Mr Herd and Mr Mares resigned yesterday as Directors of Australian Whisky Holdings Ltd.

The General Meeting Requestioned for 12pm on the 21st of May 2019 shall still be held. The only resolutions to be determined will be Resolution 4 for the Removal of Stuart Grant and Resolution 5 for the Appointment of Geoff Bainbridge.

The Company shall immediately update the Market at the Conclusion of the Meeting.
