RESIGNATION/APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Directors wish to advise that Mr Kenneth Lee has retired and accordingly has resigned as the Company Secretary.

The Directors wish to take this opportunity to thank Kenneth for all his support and assistance in his capacity as Company Secretary.

Mr Lee has advised the Directors that he is willing to further assist with the advancement of Australian Whisky Holding if required.

Mr Gary Stewart, shall take over as Company Secretary. Mr Stewart is currently the Company Secretary of ISentric Limited and several private companies. He has been a Director and Company Secretary for a number of ASX Listed companies.
