Appointment of Director

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Rohan Boman has today been appointed a Director.

Mr Boman, has previously served as a Director of ING Securities (Hong Kong), a Divisional Director for Macquarie Bank and has operated his own investment company since 2004.
