CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME TO AUSTRALIAN WHISKY HOLDINGS LIMITED (ASX:AWY)

At the Company’s 2015 Annual General Meeting held on 30 November 2015, shareholders approved the change of the Company’s name to Australian Whisky Holdings Limited.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has issued a Certificate of Registration on Change of Name, formally effecting that change.

The Company’s ASX ticker code will change to AWY and ASX give effect to the new name on Tuesday 15 December 2015.
