Appointment of Director

Mr Gary Mares, previously an Alternate Director for Mr Terry Cuthbertson, has today been appointed as a Director of Montec International Limited.

Gary is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a Registered Tax Practitioner. He has been engaged in the accounting profession for well over 25 years, of which 16 years were with KPMG, one of the largest world-wide accounting and advisory firms.

Gary has also worked in senior executive positions with the Lend Lease Group and the Hagemeyer-Tech Pacific Groups where he gained experience in a commercial environment, including company secretarial, legal, compliance and insurance matters.

Gary brings to Montec International expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, company secretarial, incorporations and business advisory.
